Dr. Matthew Tokarski is a Board-Certified Periodontist and Dental Implant Surgeon born and raised in Downers Grove, Illinois. He graduated magna cum laude from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) College of Dentistry in 2021.
Following dental school, Dr. Tokarski completed advanced specialty training in periodontics and implant dentistry, where he developed a strong passion for comprehensive implant dentistry. His clinical interests center on dental implant rehabilitation and full-arch implant therapy, with a particular focus on restoring function, esthetics, and quality of life for patients with complex restorative needs. He also has a special interest in third molar removal, sinus augmentation, and advanced bone grafting procedures that facilitate successful implant rehabilitation. Dr. Tokarski is committed to utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches and the latest surgical techniques to provide predictable, long-lasting outcomes while delivering personalized, compassionate care.

Dr. Marta Danyleyko began her dental career in Ukraine, where she earned her dental degree from Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University and practiced general dentistry before relocating to the United States. Driven by a passion for continuous learning she completed the Advanced Standing Program at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where she was honored with the Dr. Davis Garlapo Memorial Prosthodontics Award in recognition of her excellence in prosthodontics.
Dr. Marta Danyleyko believes that the foundation of excellent dentistry begins with prevention. She is passionate about educating her patients on maintaining optimal oral health and preventing dental disease, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care. Dedicated to clinical excellence, she combines meticulous attention to detail with a compassionate, patient-centered approach, ensuring that every individual feels comfortable, respected, and confident throughout their treatment.

Dr. Baranovsky has been practicing dentistry for nearly 30 years now, and there’s nothing he enjoys more than restoring his patients’ confidence and simply making them happy through the high-quality care he provided.
Originally from Ukraine, Dr. Baranovsky attended Zhytomyr Medical College. He also completed his doctorate and a residency in prosthodontics at Ivano-Frankivsk Medical Institute in Ukraine before receiving his degree in dentistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He continues to be passionate about continuing education and has completed courses in dental implants through the ATC Implant Institute and the Hiossen Dental Implant Research & Education Center.
He is currently a member of the following organizations:

Dr. Baranovsky and his wife Irina have a daughter and a son. When he isn’t busy at the dental office, his personal hobbies include hiking, going on long walks, skiing, and educating others.
